There were not many wadding birds here today because the water level is too deep for easy hunting of small fish and creatures.

But there were a number of "exotic' birds here today i.e. birds that I don't often see.

An immature Red-bellied Woodpecker shot against the prevailing light.

The lighting was not what I wanted but I took the shot to get the bird, knowing that the sky would be over exposed.
