A Common Moorhen chick complaining about something.

My guess is the complaint is about the high water level at Wakodahatchee. But I could be wrong as I currently seem to be obsessed by the high water level.

More likely the chick is just mimicking it's parents as the Common Moorhen is the self appointed sentinel of the wetlands and is the first to cry out when danger is in the air.
